Terms of Service

Last updated: March 24, 2026. This is a template for self-hosted and early deployments; have counsel review before production use.

Agreement

By creating an account or using Pulse (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use if you operate a managed deployment with support contacts.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service (including attempting to disrupt, overload, or access data you are not authorized to view). Ingest payloads and integrations must comply with applicable law and respect third-party rights.

Customer data

You retain ownership of data you submit (for example error payloads and configuration). We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Fees

Paid features, if offered, are billed according to the plan you select. Taxes may apply where Stripe or your configuration collects them.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulse and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for operational or legal reasons, with notice where practicable.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Contact

For questions, use the contact information published for your deployment (for example support email in your README or marketing site).
